His area of expertise is in the Actuarial Property and Casualty field, focusing on group and commercial insurance programs.

He can help clients collect data from their partners, organize and re-classify it to produce interactive dashboards that lead to data-driven strategic decisions. One of his key strengths is to collaborate across various project management and operational teams as the actuarial liaison, bringing insights to technical and non-technical groups.

Prior to joining the consulting team, Hammad worked with Desjardins General Insurance, providing actuarial and analytical analysis for sales, underwriting, marketing and ratemaking teams. He played a key role in the State Farm to Desjardins merger, from regulatory compliance and innovative dashboards that tracked the flow of $1billion in premiums, to solving complex issues with
actuarial and underwriting algorithms.
